The jacuzzi was a nice treat after a long day
Out exploring. The staff was friendly and made the check-in process smooth. The hallways could have used more upkeep, as they felt a bit neglected compared to the rest of the hotel.

We requested heat for our room but management said they couldn't turn it on this early in the season.

great spot for a weekend of leisurely walks and attractions
I found my stay here really convenient since I could easily walk to nearby parks and landmarks like the Tuck Museum of Hampton History just about 1.5 km away and the fine Hampton Beach only a short drive at around 4.5 km, and the room was fresh and comfortable with new amenities, made my weekend trip enjoyable and stress-free.

Our room was never cleaned on Saturday. We were getting ready to leave when housekeeping came and she said that she would come back. When we returned the room had not been cleaned nor the bed made. Complained to front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone and all they could do was empty the garbage. We had friends staying at the hotel and had invited them back to the room so I was quite upset to find the room not cleaned.

We had very rude, obnoxious, intoxicated people next door to us who were very disturbing the whole night, the walls were paper thin so everything was heard through the wall making it very hard for my 2 year old to sleep, the toilet didnt work, the floors looked like they hadnt been vacuumed, and overall I was very disappointed in the stay there. We actually checked out a few hours early because of it.

The staff was very accommodating, allowing an early check-in, made our arrival seamless. The 24-hour coffee service and fresh chocolate chip cookies in the lobby added a nice touch. The indoor pool and hot tub were well-maintained. Free parking is a significant plus, especially in this busy area.
The bathroom was slightly cramped.

The bath tub was fine for showers but it would not hold water to take a bath. Then the toilet had trouble flushing. Had to flush repeatedly after every use.
